With Mother’s Day around the corner, we’re checking in with some of our favorite friends on the beauty wisdom they’ve learned from their moms.
"I inherited two complimentary features when it comes to my skin from my mother: her incredible genes and her incredibly laissez-faire approach to skincare. My mom swears that part of her glow comes from a diet high in vegetable juices and nut proteins. Also, less is more when it comes to your face, at least for us. I know it’s not a regimen that’s universal, but it’s worked for us so far! If I’ve even got a fraction of her good fortune, I’ll be glowing for decades." —Connie Wang, Global Editor, Refinery29
